1. We should vote as a staff. There should be a consensus on the following topics:
Heterogeneous Grouping
Interventions
Advisor/Advisee
2. Advisor/Advisee/Interventions should be priority over teaming.
3. The process of implementation of the policy is crucial.
4. The bottom line is not just SAT scores.
5. Issues with the process of these changes. Timing is bad.
6. We should have a detailed plan in place.
7. We need to change from an “I” vision to a “we” vision.
8. Need a SAT Prep course
9. Some of these changes , however we structure it, can make things better.
10. We need a voice as a staff.

9. Will teaming address the problem?
10. What is helping the successful schools do better?
11. What kind of changes have those schools made in lower levels?
12. To what degree have parents been notified of these changes?
13. Why is the high school changing rather than the lower grades?
14. Do we have time?
15. What type of assessment process will be in place? Data?
16. What systems (grading/powerschool) are others using?
17. What about the content that we could lose be losing departments?
18. What about common planning time for departments? How many would be willing to do advisor/advisee instead of teaming first?
19. Should we build a strong foundation of other interventions?
20 Why do we need to change so many things at once?
21. What about special ed. Intervention?
22. Do the kids have time if we wait?
23. How are you going to schedule with fewer teachers?
24. Is there a minimum staff needed to make this work?
